My New Position with INETA
I'm the newly elected VP of Marketing for INETA NorAm and I couldn't be more excited. Being a part of such an influential organization is an honor. I'd like to thank the current board members for electing me and more specifically, Chris Pels, Sara Faatz, Scott Spradlin and Chris Wallace for taking the time to speak to me via phone/email. Your input was insightful.
Caleb Jenkins was also nominated for VP of Marketing. I spoke to him a couple of times and was really impressed with him. Hopefully, Caleb will be heavily involved in INETA as the Asst. VP of Marketing.
Most importantly, there is my local community to thank. Though Chris Pels nominated me initially, John Hopkins seconded the nomination along with what turned out to be a very strong recommendation. Drew Robbins and Josh Holmes are the ones that initially suggested that I run for a position and I know that I'm going to be relying on their support further down the road. I've also heard rumors about people sending me recommendations and I really appreciate those as well. I guess it's time to get to back to work.
